Cancellation Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable, however can be utilized as credit towards future service(s) . All fees are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services. To cancel or reschedule (up to 24 hours in advance), visit www.colontherapyworks.com or use the Colon Therapy Works app. You may also call or text 470-418-5117 within the 24-hour window. Clients may reschedule each session a total of ONCE to ensure fair access to popular time slots. Credits for future services must be redeemed within 1 month of the original appointment date, after which they will expire without extension. To avoid impacting another client's appointment, there is a 15-minute grace period before a session is canceled and marked as a no call/no show by Colon Therapy Works. No shows will forfeit the session, a session from a package, or one session from a membership, and will lose the ability to reschedule misses session. Clients will be notified of no shows using the contact information provided at booking, so it’s crucial to keep your details accurate and updated for important notifications.
